How many people are permitted in the venue?
Esteemed Events Venue comfortably accommodates 50 guests.
We kindly ask that hosts/hostesses adhere to capacity restrictions to ensure the safety of their guests.
Will I have time to set-up prior to my event?
Yes. events include one hour of set-up time on the day of.
If additional set-up time is needed, please speak with management prior to your event date, regarding availability and pricing.
Will I have time to break down afterwards?
Yes. All events include one hour of break-down time.
We kindly ask that hosts/hostesses adhere to timeframes/ cleaning policies, to avoid forfeiture of your security deposit.
Decorating is permitted inside the venue, however, there are some restrictions.
Please speak to management for more information.
Will I be allowed to cook in the venue?
Cooking of any kind is not permitted in the venue.
Please bring food fully prepared and ready to be heated on chafers/sterno racks.
Can I have a DJ at my event?
Due to the intimate feel/size of the venue, DJ's and all other speakers/equipment are strictly prohibited. Complimentary use of our Sonos system is included in both venue packages.
Can I host a public event?
Only private events are permitted.
Please speak with management regarding business/corporate events prior to booking.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Eev does not have a parking lot or valet parking.
Free Street Parking is available in close proximity to the venue.
